Your heart is important. It beats every second of every day. And yet often times it is difficult to really know how hard it is working. Is stress affecting my heart differently on certain days of the week? How do physical activities affect my heart rate after I am done exercising? What is normal for my heart?

Fit Heart helps you answer these questions. Using a simple calendar layout, you can easily see weekly patterns for your average heart rate. Fit Heart also overlays your workouts on the calendar so you can see how exercise affects your average heart rate.

Fit Heart reads your heart rate data from the Health App. That means any heart rate monitor or app that syncs its data to the Health App (including the Apple Watch) will have its data used to calculate your average heart rate each day.

On the Apple Watch, you can keep track of your average heart rate every 30 minutes with the heart rate complication. You can also subscribe to receive heart alerts if Fit Heart notices your average resting heart rate is beating slow or fast for your age. If you like, you can customize your alert settings that will trigger an alert based on a high and low heart rate you define.
